Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on unused, uninstalled, and unaltered hair within 5 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges only for eligible items. We do not provide refunds or store credit for returned hair.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Hair must be unused, uninstalled and unaltered
- Hair must not be washed, colored, cut or styled
- Hair must be in original packaging and condition
Exchanges can be for the same item or another item of equal value (any price differences must be paid by the customer). Any hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, cut or altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at rissahairco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
